Yesterday was the first time going out from house in the last 4 days. I felt a bit lousy and I didn't feel like going out last couples of days. I watched movies that I borrowed from my college library. We are allowed to get only 2 movies, quite screwy isn't it. Hey, this is holiday time. We should have got extra movies during holidays, but anyway. I asked my friend to get extra for me.Better than nothing...I feel like watching movies rather than staying in my retarded room and do nothing.

Last night,I went to watch Tron Legacy. Frankly, I don't really get into this kind of movie, but it is worth to try. Things that I like from this movie is the design of the Kevin Flynn's h

eadquarters in that Grid world. It is awesome really. Wonder where the production team found the place. Overall, It is a good movie and I enjoyed it. I had quite odd moment yesterday, I had to go back home and back to the cinema because I left my wallet on my desk. It pissed me off and I took me almost 2 hours to go back and back to city.

I got many good news last night. First, I noticed when I was about to log out that there is a new email from Mc Donald's to attend an interview by 4pm tomorrow. I was freaking happy, surprised, everything mixed. Because, I filled the application about a week ago, and it says that within 3 days, to be confirm whether I'm invited or not at all. At first, It had been 7 days so I thought that I won't make it and tried to look for other restaurants. Hope that I will do well during the interview and impress the interviewer.

Another good news is , Mom has confirmed that she will be coming to Sydney this friday nights. Glad she could make it because on the other day, she told me that there is no seat left yet, at least she never been here, so it will be good to her and she wants to Gold Coast a day after Christmas. Of course, it would be yes from me to spend few days there.

We had hotpot dinner at Ailin's apartment, my friend from Singapore. Actually, we had it few days after the exams but sadly I just have time to post it now. It seemed to be a big party with lots of meats, vegetables and other stuffs but it was just three of us. Even, We can't finish it all so we decided to have it again on the other night.

Since I arrived Sydney, both of them are my closest friends, spend lots of time with them and have so much fun. I am the youngest among them, so as usual they tease me all the time.But I don't really mind it, I know they don't meant it.

Today,10 December is the worst day of my life. Woke up at 1 something in the afternoon, I was really nervous to know about my final result that will be out by 3. Everything that I'd been working for over these 2 months will be shown in just a piece of paper with not more than 20 words written on it.Once I reached college, my heartbeat beats hundreds times faster than normal and I hope my student number is not in the list posted near the reception, better than seeing my incredibly low maths marks.First, I thought that I'm going to fail maths lone but I failed both english and maths, what a shame.I really stopped talking for awhile because if I just failed my maths I could have two options either change my stream or change my course intake. I should not failed my english. Then, I went to the Dean's office and she explained that I got very low mark in my english final test. At first, I didn't believe that I would failed my english. But, nothing I can do about it.I got 5.5 which the passing mark is 5.75. It is so ridiculous really.She said she will help me to appeal my test paper but then it useless now.I have the only option which is to do the repeat in february. If I shouldn't hang over that night to study for my maths, I won't failed my english. I was damn awake during maths test but I can't concentrate during english test and slept for few minutes.Well, right now what I can do is just not much than regret.To say the truth, this would be my greatest failure in my life and I hate to do something that I've done before. I really need time for this. My parents are very disappointed but I know they try not to express it. How I wished I could bring back the time and make up my mistake.

hey all! Today is freaking good. I am staying in my room for the whole day.I feel tired of going out really. This last two weeks have been such a busy weeks for me. I had to sit on my finals exams on last thursday and friday whatmore to hand in my writing essay. My hong kong friend and I stayed overnights in my singaporean friend's apartment, they are good friend of mine actually. Her apartment is in the city and it is damn awesome, I wished I could have one like hers. I was really working hard for my maths until fell asleep for few minutes during english exam,my bad. I hope everything will be alright and one thing for sure I don't want to repeat the same subject next semester. I hope if I would fail my maths, maybe the Dean may look at my absenteeism and she might consider my mark and make me pass to next semester, I beg you mam. Well, the good thing is , holiday is coming and I hope I will have something to do on my summer holidays though it ain't that long and not rusting at home while I have been thinking of taking a part-time job during that time and I've got an application to apply for 'Hungry Jack', local fast foods.I think it might be a good idea to try fill out the form and send it because many international students have gone home for the holiday and probably Hungry Jack needs someone to fill in their place.

Sydney Life

"Hey, how are you doing?" I think this sentence I often heard here.People here start a conversation by asking that.Well,This is my 5th day here leaving everything behind and starts a new life here, everything from the people around,my room, friends is really new for me. Luckily, coincidentally I met gavin, my senior in my previous school. He is currently my housemate before I'm turning 18 next February, kinda weird huh.He has been here for 6 months and I never thought of sharing a house with my schoolmate.Once, the house mom mentioned his name, It did. It freaked me off really.What I know is, I will stay in a same area with him not a house, Botany because I had a chat with him few days before my arrival.Frankly, at least I got someone to teach me everything.He helps me a lot since I arrived here, he taught me how to get a bus from this area to another and how to deal with people here.I have a week off before attending the orientation on the 11.This is something really new for me, but I'm quite getting used to it and no more getting lost in this massive city

On my second day here, I decided to take a walk and went to a mall near my place to settle the bank, phone card and everything. Here, It is quite take a while to get a phone card. In my place before, It is so easy to get a phone card unlike here. There are hundreds of rules that we need to get onto.I knew which bus I should take, but the problem was, I don't know where should I stop...I went into the last stop in sydney which is Circular Qy,It's the place where the famous Opera House and Harbour Bridge are.I was so confused, because I got nowhere to go.Actually, I wanted to go to my college but I missed the bus stop. I tried to walk and followed where the crowd go.I walked for an hour and I got to a bus which I myself didn't know where will the bus going.I've got lost for several times, but thank God, I could reach home at last.The good thing is I bought a bus card which enables me to go everywhere,even travel the whole sydney is still okay with that card as long as it is not beyond the expiration date.

I've gone to many places and I hope I can go to Bondi or Congee Beach before Gavin and the others leaving for 3 months vacation to Medan.I'll be alone here, I wish him too enjoy his vacation before his university life starts on February.I hope the orientation is gonna be lot of fun and get new friends as well. I'm looking forward to it.

Last Dinner in Medan

Last saturday was my last day in my hometown. I booked my ticket on the 3rd of October. Good things always end, This is the first time for me to study abroad and It is my first time going to this country, Australia. It was a bit nervous to know that I'll be living with people there whom I'm blank about them. I have just adjust with life there, their English and everything.

Mom and Dad invited their closest friend to the dinner or I should say a farewell dinner.Farewell is the most unwanted things to happen neither I do.But what I can is this is life. We have to give something then we will get something in return. I'm grateful that I have the chance to study abroad and to have get better education.This what I'm working on for these few years, I feel like a much better person now compared to what I was few years ago. A big thanks to my parents who give me that chance. It's my time not to disappoint my hard work. The biggest pride that parents have is when they attend their children graduation day.

This day was used to really meant to me. A story started on that day, something that had changed me, myself,my life to be a better boy*(at that time, i was still a boy)*. Something that had coloured my life, to say the truth i never regret it. Time flies too fast girl, 2 years has passed, you've got your own ways,I have my own paths. Everything change, no body doesn't change. Though for some, 8 August doesn't mean anything. Yet, for me.It was a wonderful day.

Heartbeat beats faster than anyone else

It has been for a month after I graduated from my secondary years,screw gap year. I still have about 2 months before I head to sydney. On August 12, it's gonna be one of my important days during my whole life. My final result is coming out though it's just like a soft copy, something that I have been waiting for and I will collect everything that the college needs and they give the visa soon. I hope everything will be the same or much better than what I've aimed before the exams. I wish this year's result will be much better than what our seniors got. My classmates are like running away from here, some of them have started the school and the best I can do is just wishing them huge 'good luck'.

2010 South Africa World Cup

This time World cup was held in South Africa om 11 June till 11 July. This is the first time as African countries host a World Cup. Before World Cup, England and Italy were my favourites to lift the trophy on July 11 but yet, disappointing display by England and worse for Italy as the previous champion in Germany 4 years ago.England was predicted as this year champion but lost to Germany in the last 16 knock-out.While, Italy could not pass through group stage as they were defeated by Slovenia,new face in the world cup.I was a bit pissed off with England's match and what more Italy's squad. I think both coaches made a wrong decision in choosing his squads to South Africa. Tons of dramas happened in South Africa from referees' decisions till the finals. Left four teams in the semifinal round, Spain Netherlands Germany Uruguay.Uruguayan have made a history for their country.They were the only non-European countries in the semifinal. Even the big teams like Brazil,Argentina could make it into semifinals. They really deserved to be in the fourth place.They amazed every single eye in the world. Eventually, Spain and Netherlands met in the final. I watched the closing ceremony as it amazed me really.I give thumbs up for South Africa as the host. I could not describe how amazing the closing ceremony was. I missed the opening ceremony because I attended my school's graduation night.During the World Cup, sound of Vuvuzela,traditional trumpet for African surround the stadiums in every match.I watched the final until 4 in the morning.The final was filled with fouls,dangerous tackles by both teams.The teams kept countering each others' pitch and the match was brought till extra times,120 minutes needed for Spain to lift the cup. Spain won by the only goal by Iniesta. He is a World class player and Spanish deserved to celebrate their glory.

Last 14 June, I went to Bali with my friends as part of our farewell party, though not all joined it.To say the truth they really missed the fun and It was my first time going to Bali.Well,I really enjoyed the trip so much. I guess it was our last time to go out as a class. We are all officially graduated from our school and sad to say some have been planning to go abroad to further they studies.Some are going to United States,Canada,Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Australia and some prefer to stay here.
